Our Beginnings

Allied Strata was founded to offer a unique level of client service and knowledge.  Our commitment to our clients is to look after the collective interests of the Owner’s Corporation without bias, exceed expectations in delivering service, responding to communications and actioning the instructions of the Strata Committee.  Our team are owners in strata title buildings ourselves, as investors and owner occupiers.  We understand what it is like to be in our client’s shoes, and that for most owners their property is their largest asset. Our approach to financial management, special projects such as remedial works, building defects and capital upgrades is to ensure that asset values are not only preserved, but enhanced and that the buildings we manage are welcoming and harmonious communities where residents enjoy living or working out of the space and are ambassadors of the “brand” each building is communicating in the property market.

Our Core Values

  1. Honesty, integrity and transparency dealings in all aspects of strata management
  2. We treat all our clients equally, and strive to resolve conflict before it escalates to NSW Fair Trading, NCAT and legal proceedings
  3. Nimble and evolving – in an environment where legislation is always changing, we are committed to keeping up with everything that affects our industry and we ensure our team is provided with continuous education, training and hands on mentoring
  4. Responsive and respectful communications, backed with expertise and empathy
  5. Our core focus is problem solving, and finding innovative solutions to our client’s needs

Client Service Charter

  1. Transparency – our app and online portal gives owners access to all their books and records and for building managers and/or treasurer’s to approve invoices online prior to us paying them.
  2. Online Services – we utilise Strata Vote for online meetings, and our website has e-forms to facilitate the ease of logging the most common requests
  3. Human Touch – we love meeting our clients in person and holding meetings in person where this is preferred over online meetings.  We conduct regular site visits to ensure that any issues with your asset is identified and a plan of action can be discussed with your building manager and strata committee
  4. Value add – for those clients who wish to generate an income from common areas through subdivisions, granting licenses or exclusive use by-laws or for those buildings that are at end of life we have the experience and network to facilitate collective sales or revenue generating projects
  5. Simplifying the complex – our team are able to explain collective decision making processes, applicable legislation and the responsibilities of being an owner of a strata title property in a simple and easy to understand manner
