WE ENSURE THAT YOUR BMC AND IT’S MEMBERS ARE MANAGED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STRATA MANAGEMENT STATEMENT AND THAT
- Shared facility expenses are correctly apportioned between members who each have a % allocation split per shared facility
- Invoices are correctly allocated between the BMC and its members and budgets are prepared taking into account the maintenance of all shared facilities to ensure that value is preserved for all members
- A tailored set of account codes and accurate reconciliation of expenses so that any surplus or deficits amongst members is recovered or refunded at the end of every financial year
- Any easements and S88B instruments registered on the title of members is correctly interpreted and any costs allocation correctly levied
- Decisions are made with correct voting rights as determined under the SMS
- Any potential disputes that may arise, are resolved under the dispute resolution clauses of the SMS
