  • Community Associations are common for townhouse developments but often will encompass strata plan buildings and also BMCs within the Association
  • Each Community Association has its own by-laws under their Community Management Statement and boundaries are defined under land measurements as surveyed
  • Community Association property is often things such as swimming pools, tennis courts, country clubs, golf course, bike tracks, walking trails, playgrounds, gym, gardens, driveways
  • There are often other documents registered on title such as Landscape Plans, Architectural Code, Vegetation Management Plans
  • The Community Land Management Act and Regulations 2021 applies
