- Each Community Association has its own by-laws under their Community Management Statement and boundaries are defined under land measurements as surveyed
- Community Association property is often things such as swimming pools, tennis courts, country clubs, golf course, bike tracks, walking trails, playgrounds, gym, gardens, driveways
- There are often other documents registered on title such as Landscape Plans, Architectural Code, Vegetation Management Plans
- The Community Land Management Act and Regulations 2021 applies
